I see ContextualAdsYahoo.Net/Referral in my Google Analytics.

Are these Bing Ads that I am paying for? Maybe ones being displayed on relevant websites?

If so how would I track these and can you opt-out of having your ads being displayed elsewhere?

I asked Bing but they did not seem to know anything about this....
