GWT giving conflicting SERP info

Hi all -

I'm not sure if this is a left-field question or a really common one, but I have a website that a few months ago dropped off Google.

However I still get a decent amount of traffic considering that according to my SERP software and manual checks, it doesn't rank at all for any keyword.

However in Google Webmaster Tools under the 'search queries' heading, it's telling me I rank for several terms with an average position of anything from 1.8 to 8.7. How can this be so when I cannot find it coming up anywhere in Google, and my SERP software (including raventools and myseotool.com) says otherwise.

According to my Analytics figures I'm still getting a decent amount of organic clicks through considering, although I cannot mine those keywords as it's grouped under the (not provided) tag.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Webmaster is delayed. Traffic and sales are all that really matter, so if you don't have those it doesn't matter what WMT says.

Hi thanks for the reply -

In my case a delay doesn't really affect things as I'm looking at lifetime stats anyway.

So if I'm not getting a decent amount of clicks, can GWT give me accurate data or not? I'm trying to work out how much it can be relied upon as a tool and why it's data would be so different from what I find elsewhere.
