Direct-Sell Pay Per Click?

Hi Folks,
My friends and I are preparing for the public launch of a peer-to-peer car review channel called voteoncars.com. The new site will be ready December 15th. In the meantime, I'm trying to figure out what a click is worth coming from our site. We don't do "advertising" per se, but something we call "the next natural step." Simply put, if someone watches one of our videos and likes the car we're reviewing, we want to make it easy for them to take the next step toward buying it. The next steps are selectable buttons that link out to bottom funnel activity on the brand's website: build and price, find a dealer, learn more.
So, with all that set up, here are my questions:
1. What should I charge the brand for each one of these clicks?
2. Also, there is a brandable box next to these buttons. What do you think I should charge a brand for branding it with their message?
