Custom Alert for Specific landing pages

Hi guys!
Does anyone know how to create a custom alert for:
All Landing Page containing a certain URL for example:
hxxp://www.plumbers.co.uk/find-a-plumber/MR-PLUMBER-EXAMPLE-1
Which condition should I should using? Should i be using CONTAINS or REGEX?
/find-a-plumber/.*
I want the alert to only alert me of pages in the directly /find-a-plumber/
when traffic decreases by 10%
I'm having real trouble with this one!
