    He broke into Yukons house and stole the method.

    Or he is ranking a self hosted video instead of a post. Some evil ninja stuff.

    It's because Google somehow managed to identify that video on the page.
    Here is what they have in the code:

    Code:
    <object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="player.swf" width="430" height="344">
              <param name="flashvars" value="file=http://www.jon-saunders.co.uk/videos/weddingclips.flv" />
              <param name="movie" value="http://www.jon-saunders.co.uk/player.swf" />
            </object>
    But Google's Structured Data Testing Tool detected no structured data on that page, while usually this snippet would show up , because one's using Schema, OpenGraph or other structured data formats to code the page.

    Like already said it's a self hosted video that's making that video thumbnail image show up in Google SERPs, it looks like he didn't really try too hard to get Google to find the video. The only xml file I see is dated 2011, doesn't list very many pages & no sign of a video xml file. No robots.txt either. IMO he was lucky Google even showed the video thumbnail in the SERPs.

    If your running Wordpress get the Yoast video thumbnail plugin (paid plugin).

    BTW, you don't need schema tags to get a video thumbnail image in Google SERPs.
