Guest Blogging in Mexico - How to find sites

Hi

Is anyone trying to do link building via guest blogging in Mexico? How are you finding sites that accept guest blogs?

We have clients in Mexico looking for sites relevant to their industries to post good, deep content; but finding sites accepting content is proving significantly harder than in the US or Canada.

Are there any tools out there to find sites or distribute content?
Looking for Mexican sites preferable, but Latin American or even just in Spanish regardless of location would be a good start.

Any and all insights are very much appreciated
Thanks All

  • Mexican bloggers will be less SEO savvy and less attuned to your needs, but this should not be a problem so long as you are paying and providing quality and relevant content. Do not go looking for site lists. Instead, find relevant Mexican blogs and contact blog owners directly.

How to find relevant Mexican blogs? Go to google.com.mx and do searches like:
    turismo blog site:com.mx
Using tourism as an example here. Get in touch with what comes up in the search results.

    I hope this helps.

    • Mexican bloggers being less savvy has been our experience for sure.
I like the idea of the search specifying the TLD - this should really help
      Thanks
    • Thanks a lot for the advise, i thought you could only do that to find your own site at first to check if you're indexed in google. I just learned a new way to find sites of other regions of the world when i type the abbreviation of the country.
  • I am not sure if there is something like .mx as a domain. If there is, you can search in google:

site:.mx "your keyword" guest blogging (or something related like Guest Article, or WRITE FOR US) or something like this!

    Hope you got the idea!

    • Dude, you just copied "the idea" from the preceding reply. Please don't mindlessly repeat what others have said, it is against the forum rules, not to mention annoying and a waste of other people's time. Thanks.

Try a site:.mx on Google search.

    LMAO!

    • I found it worked by contacting blogs directly and to let them know your offering content. For me I found about 5-10% of the requests I sent earned a response, so it might take a lot of reaching out to get a network of blogs that will accept guest posting.

One of the first requests I sent out was to a pr 4 blog and DA of 58 with an alexa rank of between 40,000 and 50,000, and got accepted to write an article. With that article, I got about 200 visits and about 5 quality leads. I guess it was beginners luck for me. Also that blog had over 100k facebook followers, so I attribute it to facebook traffic as when the article was shared on the fb page it got about 300 shares.

You never know when you will get accepted to a high authority blog that can bring high returns.
