I am afraid it's not that easy.

First..you have some powerful backlinks, from CNET, DMOZ and PrWeb for example....WTF would you use a SEO software called "snake" to build backlinks and spam wiki pages?

First check whether your SEO software has some kind of log-file so you know where this "snake" left its crap on the web. How do you know its only 150? Why not 1500 or 15.000?

Looking at THAT ONE link you posted, aside that it's from a Wiki which is not related...how do you for example know that this link is in fact a "bad" link? For what it's worth it could be one of the good ones. It comes from a high-PR wiki site and the entry itself looks "legit", it's not coming from a blog-network, spammy social network account, de-indexed domain etc..etc.

Then..when you have the PW/login...why can't you delete the entries? I have troubles believing this.

If you REALLY cannot get rid of the entries AND YOU KNOW those are in fact problematic links....you can still try to have them disavowed by Google's link disavow tool. Since you have to give a reason when you submit a list of domain/links....being unable to delete the entries would likely be a sufficient reason. (What's important is that you need to show to google that you went through efforts getting rid of the links.)

Then you would just put all those wiki links/domains in a file and try to get them disavowed using Google's tool.

However, If you are not sure whether it's actually those Wikis which caused the problem...an don't know what other links "snake" created....you will first have to assess you entire link profile using Majestic SEO, AHrefs or maybe even Google webmaster tool.

Then you need to find the "bad" links, try contacting webmasters to remove them and if that failed submit to Google disavow tool and have those links disavowed.

I suggest not to disavow them all, instead analyze the bad/spammy/unnatural links and remove them manually. If you remove with automated software it can hurt your site even more than backlinks.

Of course (in a perfect world) this would be the best thing to do. Problem is that with REALLY bad links, many may be on blog networks, Chinese link farms etc. and requesting to have them removed them is pretty much impossible. Much luck contacting your Chinese link-farmer or the owner of a de-indexed blog network with hidden WHOIS information.

The funny thing is...Google KNOWS about this difficulty. They want you to go through lengths and spending months of your time with having links manually removed. It's their "punishment" for those people who created the links in the first-place.

Lot's of people are getting hit with penalties and this is the way they're getting around it.

You need to clean your links. Remove all bad/low quality links and submit a disavow letter to Google after.

Like others here said, it is quite hard to remove these links since you need to do this manually (meaning you have to visit each site and request the owner to remove your link) but you need to do this to save your site.

Then while you are removing all unnatural links, you need to start building (and do this manually) more high quality backlinks to your site. As much as possible stick to Google's rules so you avoid further damage.

Don't worry too much. Sometimes you won't be penalized even you have some bad backlinks, as long as your website is trusted by Google. So if you can't remove the spam links, leave them there. Just continue to write more high quality contents and build more quality backlinks.

Why on earth would you want to redirect your screwed link profile to the new site?

Do NOT redirect your old spam links which are the reason for whatever penalty or algorithmic down-ranking to your new site. Isn't this why you would want to make a new site in the first place, to start new with a clean and good link profile?

While we're at it...if you really need to re-make the entire site new....you can "short-cut" things if you acquire a good high PR domain with an existing and good link profile. And then go from there. But for god's sake do not use a redirect from the penalized site.

Simple: Use a new domain IF the current domain is really messed up.

It is always easier to rank a new domain with a handful of good links than to clear out hundreds of crappy links.

Also, do not use any automated software for link building

Most site owners are giving up their websites and moving out to a new one. to be honest, I'm now at the edge of giving up out website and focus instead of the new one. our previous SEO Personnel did something unethical for past few years that's why we're on top but as the google updates our website is nowhere to be found on "google" and i think getting it back on top might took forever I already submitted a disavow but not yet the reconsideration request.
