redirects for penguin recovery.

Hi All,
I'm going to try and recover a few site slapped by penguin by moving it to a new domain and copying all content and removing the old site. then point only good links to the new domain.
Question is though, is there a way I can redirect the old domain to the new one without poising the new domain. I don't want to do a 301 for example as I'm sure google would penalise me eventually as it would pass on the penality but I'm sure there must be another method to redirect that cant pass on any seo value but just to help visitors with the transition
Any help / thoughts would be appreciated.
