So I just transfered website.de to de.website.com (301 page by page) and added new site on Google and Bing webmaster tools, together with new sitemaps.

I was wondering is there anything else I can do to ensure this process runs smoothly and without any problems? Afaik, you can't use Change of Address tool for subdomains on Google and bing, so I was wondering if there is anything else I should do at this point ?
