I am studying page rank of few backlinks to a site and one of them is:
Global Access Technologies» traditional database

As you can see its all xml coding and the page rank of the page does not show up; instead there is a question mark where the page rank should be. ?/10

Why is there a question mark and is a backlink that pionts to the rss feed page still a back link in the eyes of google?
