The strengths are the characteristics that make the "best" of competition. The strengths can be divided into two categories: internal and external. The internal ones are the services you offer, however, to determine which of the services offered are the strengths or only of value added, think about what you would write a user of a search engine or portal to which you have subscribed to find a structure that provides a particular service. For example, the presence of a TV with DVD in the room is an added value, while accommodating guests with animals or have a private car park can be determining factors for a potential customer.
The strengths are the external points of interest that are nearby or within easy reach from the bed and breakfast, for example artistic, landscape, hospitals, places to organize concerts, shows, sporting events, trade fair or convention or large companies that attract workers from other cities. Regional points of interest can be determining factors for the research and the choice of the customer.
