What type of ad is this?

Hi guys,

Found 2 websites that display adsense in a way that I don't seem to know.. The websites are in dutch, so bear with me.. Below are the two images of the ads on those pages. Above the ads it says 'Google ads related to: -keyword-'. The ads really seem to be matched to that specific keyword. Hope somebody can help!

    Google adsense ads based on retargeting and/or display network is my guess.

    Yes the ads are google ads but are translated in the Dutch language.
    The Netherland is a small country but with a majority of the peopleare native dutch speaking, it make sence to use a tool that will capitalise on this. The ads are refering to things that make sence for Dutch and Belgium people but also does marketing in South Africa, since that country speaks a old version of the dutch language.
