Keyword Research for finding low competition keywords..

Hey all.
As you may know I already started a thread in this forum about finding low competition keywords.. I was and still trying to find a low competition keywords with about 13,000 result pages. Since it's difficult to find such a low competition keyword these days, I just want to ask you how much competition keyword is okay for Google Sniper 2.0 sites to rank for ?

George Brown in the Gsniper 2 course said it should have about 13,000 result pages but I can't find one.. I've found keywords with like 50,000 result pages competition.. should I go for them?.. will my sniper site rank for a keyword with 50,000 result pages competition ? In other words, I just want to ask how much is "low" competition.

Is a keyword with 50,000 result pages a low competition keyword ? if so can I rank my sniper site for a keyword with 50,000 result pages ? Also, this is tested by putting quotations under the keyword like "weight loss tips" but all of what i've tried is way more than 13,000.

I've tried Market Sumrai too but no luck. I've changed my niche from "make money online" to "weight loss" and tried finding a low competition kw in the weight loss niche but still no luck.. should I change the market again or will I be able to find a low competition keyword in the weight loss market ? He also said global searches between 2,000 and 5,000.. should I lower this number ? should i try with monthly searches between 400-500 with multiple sniper sites cos I've found low competition on keywords with 400-500 monthly searches.. will that work? any ideas?
