Question on vps, scrapebox and xrumer

My internet connection in my location is very slow hence have been unable to make use of scrapebox , AMR and xrumer for backlink .

but have not used VPS before, that is the main reason am here seeking help, have got a few question that needs urgent answer

1. which is the best VPS, to use on my seo tools listed above
2. Will it use up my local interent mb or that provided by the VPS when scraping of linking blasting using tools list above

    Well, you are going to need to find a host that has Windows remote desktop. Do a search for "windows remote desktop vps" and you'll find a bunch of hosts. Make sure you get one that won't shut you down for doing whatever it is you want to do with your VPS (I think you know what I mean).

    This is enough reason for you to use VPS or dedicated.

    If your purpose is to use those tools, Window OS VPS is the best solution (a bit pricier than Linux base OS). As aboved comment, you could easily connect you Window VPS within your build Window Remote Desktop (I assume you're using Window OS). The detail of VPS will be provided by the VPS provider.

    1- I don't know the best but I've used PowerUpHosting & HostStage before. They were good at this kind of SEO tools hosting, at least for me.
    2- Those tools with virtually running in the VPS and it will be consumed only the bandwidth of the DC where server located. You will use you local bandwidth when you connect to your VPS to transfer files (it's similar to your normal internet browsing, downloading and uploading activities).
