Does pop-ups affects Google ranking?

I have a pop-up ad blocking my site. The visitor will need to like its facebook page in order to continue or else wait for 20 seconds. Does this pop-up can affect my google ranking? This is the first time I am using this thing and it is very effective in collecting facebook likes... here's for you to check:

  When did you make the popup live? Your Google cache doesn't look like anything is wrong, the cache date is Dec. 28 2013.

  I have that pop-up since last year but I just activated it earlier yesterday I have no plan to use it for a long time.. just testing. I myself honestly dont like it.. lol

I also hate that kind of pop-up. It won't affect your site's ranking BUT it may affect the number/frequency of visits to your site, the clickthroughs as well as the length of visits.

  Many large organizations are now shying away from facebook and its audience. Facebook is just good for making a web presence but not an impact. I was reading one recent survey where they paid tons of money for the facebook likes but the end conclusion is that "people press like on anything".
  
  Stop using that irritating plugin coz force likes are never beneficial and if you want these kind of likes why not use addmefast like services rather than irritating your users who are really interested in reading your stuff.
