Traffic probably good. Not sure about it being GOOD for SEO but cant imagine it being BAD either so go for it. Unless its going to cost you money or something in which case dig deeper.

For the traffic yes its good, and for SEO You have to put your website link into theards or postes that are related to your niche and those links should be a dofollow links for getting the link juice .
