Hope this is not impossible. Please spare me sarcastic remarks.
A friend of mine has a website that appears impossible to rank despite following SEO advice down to the last detail.
Key word optimisation with separate pages targeted for one key phrase each, no duplicate content, blog, FB, Twitter and Google plus linked, fresh content regularly, videos, pics, no Google penalty, loads of back links etc
All to no avail. Anyone out there willing to take a look?
