I do not want those pages cached by Google?please help

I have NEWS website , when I update any thing like I comment on a news articles then a page generated, it must be for back data base but not for google browsing and If I delete any comment , A new page is generated those should be for backend not for Google crawling.
Now my question if my site is having more broken links but those broken links are not seen by users. How should i handle those links or Let them as those are being generated.
I will be very grateful to you please help me. If I delete any comment then it generated new page, I do not care if it is generated for background data base but Google is
