Please HELP with PPC campaign!!

Hello people,

I got a job interview in a couple of days, and for that interview I need to analyze the performance of an Adidas campaign, but the thing is that I don´t really know anything about PPC. I´ve been reading a lot these days and already got some basics, but I still don´t know how to read properly what they gave me.

If someone could please take a look at it and let me know something would be a rockstar, how did the campaign go? any suggestions to improve it in the future? etc. I really need that job...

  • yeah, don't get the job lol. obviously they asked you to analyze it because you'll be doing work similar to it. and suppose you do BS the interview and get your foot in the door for the job, how are you going to manage and launch successful PPC campaigns if you've never done PPC in your life?

    my advice - do some PPC testing and learn it on your own. after you master PPC, you wouldn't even want to get a job because you should realize at that point that there is so much more money to be made when doing PPC for yourself as opposed for another person

    • They ´re supposed to give me some trainning if I get it, they just want me to show some basic knowledge. I can nail the presentation, but just need some orientation...
  • If you don't know the basics such as analyzing a PPC campaign then maybe this job is not for you... Sorry.
  • so basically the chart is saying this:

    the adidas company is trying to acquire every new customer at a target cost per action (CPA) of $10. the campaigns however have fallen short, and the PPC campaigns have cost $10.92 CPA for each customer.

    so, to reach a target $10 CPA, you'll want lower CPCs. how do we get lower CPCs? by increasing our CTR. how do we increase CTR? by creating ads that are more compelling and bring in more clicks - test out different headlines, colors, etc. because when you have comelling ads, more people click on the ads, and more clicks means a high CTR, and a higher CTR means lower CPCs, and lower CPCs equals... lower costs and... tada. more profits!
