Blog post question

Hi all
I have a blog on my website which I am trying to post more content to. I also use the Yoast wordpress SEO plugin to try and optimize my blog posts.
My question is, how do I stop my title being duplicated?
Example here
If I do not put the keyword in the H1 tag then the traffic light system for the H1 tag goes red on the yoast plugin
This is the same for if I don't include the keyword phrase in the post heading on wordpress.
Surely if I remove one of these then my post won't be SEO optimized as well as it should be?
Not sure how to overcome this...
