What are some AdSense friendly niches on Facebook?

Hello Warriors,

If the thread title didn't make much sense, what I'm looking for is . . . Niches that do well on AdSense (in terms of CTR and/or CPC) and are also quite in high demand on Facebook.

For example, I think of "health tips" as one. "Money saving tips" as another. These are things the general population on Facebook would like to read and share with their friends. And if there's a good title, people might even click the link to head on to the website with the content they want to read about.

That's the kind of stuff I'm after. Any ideas?

Thanks for looking, thinking and sharing your thoughts on this one (in advance).

If your traffic is in the US try the septic tank cleaning niche, you'll have plenty of ads. That's why I bailed on Adsense, they suck at relevant ads, they spam out local junk that has nothing to do with traffic or content.

Isn't that kind of true about AdSense on practically any niche out there? They serve ads also based on the visitor's broswer history, thanks to the "AdWords Re-marketing" thing they have. Having said that, AdSense still continues to do well for some.

It was like that a year or so back, they've changed again.

Now they'll show junk regardless of browser history. You can prove that by clearing your browser history with something like CCleaner & running incognito browser directly to your Adsense page/URL (no history).

CTR dropped on me where in the past it was like clockwork for years, very consistent CTR in the past. If the ads suck because they're irrelevant, traffic will ignore them like the plague.

Fair point (backed by evidence). I appreciate that.

Let's then assume I'd like to monetise using one of the AdSense alternatives that serve up truly contextual ads (question on that - are you aware of any that have sufficient ad inventory available?). That then brings us back to my original question.
