Quetion About a Bookmarking Service

What up Warrior's, I have a question about the Social Adr service, my only problem right now is with Backlinks, I'm doing SEO for a foreign country, which is quite easy to rank with content only, but I need a small boost to increase the rank, and I don't know if the Social Adr would do that for me.

Everytying is right with the onpage optmization, unique and informative content (average 600 - 1000 words), keyword density between 1 and 2 percent, internal and external link, keyword in H1,H2,H3 (without look spammy), video, images, domain with over 4 months old, clean design etc....

Can anyone help me with that ?

Basically the question would be, what kind of links would boost a foreign country page ?

Local directories and Local Article sites would do this... Sometimes Forums can help, but you should be sure that they are related... Also, be sure NOT to use the same keyword in every site! Choose a few secondary keywords!

If you already did contextual backlinks, you should definitely do social bookmarking, but don't stop there. Social networking and media sites are doing much better these days then social bookmarking, also niche related blog comments, and so on... Good luck.

Basically what Patco said. I would also emphasize that (Relevant) forum back-links are great because you will get some really great long term traffic, and it will be laser targeted.
