Confusion w/ PR checking?

I'm going through expired domain lists and trying to figure out the real PR.

The list might say a site is PR3, like this one: lbdaw.com

BUT, when I put it my browser (it redirects to http://lbdaw.com/?reqp=1&reqr=) and the godaddy page shows up and says it has expired and my toolbar PR checker says PR 0 (maybe the toolbar is giving me the PR of the redirected page rather than the main domain?).

However when I put lbdaw.com into sites like prchecker.info, it says PR3.

Which one is right?

Is the PR reset to zero once the domain expires?

That's because the page you are checking which is the Godaddy landing page redirect is a new page and thus a PR N/A or PR0.

The domain value that you see as a PR3 is the legitimate PR, assuming that's not a 301 redirect PR which is another topic altogether.

It's pagerank, not siterank. The root page has PR of 3, GoDaddy's sales page does not.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?
