New domain, if they are relevant, high PR and have a variety of anchor text variations. And don't forget the sitemap and internal pages

Sorry to bumping on old thread though but I have similar question.

I just did large amount of redirect and changes in my dynamic website.

    I want to ask:

I have 1k backlinks which is created with old domain now we have moved to new seo friendly urls.

What should go with new urls to build links?
what about old backlinks which shows in backlinks checker tool? (yes they can redirect to new urls)

Build all new backlinks to the new URLs. The link juice of all the old backlinks you are seeing in link research tools has been redirected to the new URLs, so the new URLs are benefiting from the link power of those backlinks. There's nothing to worry about.

Go look and see what all the old links are by doing this site:nameofsite.com in Google and find the paths of all the pages that are still indexed and then try to re-create all of the new pages but using a 301 redirect to keep the page rank and traffic flowing in the right direction
