What to do with the dropped domain?

Hi everybody,

I recently bought a dropped domain. It's local and niche related. Right now it's PR n/a because it was dropped but checked backlinks and it got few quality ones pointing to it.

Is there a possibility that dropped domain will get its PR/power back if I just redirect it to my existing site? OR in order to get the PR/power back I need to put content on it?

Don't worry about toolbar PR when the domain has links that justify the PR.

It already has it's power, no matter what shows in the PR toolbar.

Yeah I get that, I guess what I was really asking is if the dropped domain will get indexed again by Google if I just host it and do a redirect, or in order for it to get all of its "power' back I need to actually make a website out of it first and wait for Google until it gets the site indexed?

I've actually been doing this lately. For the price of registration I've picked up about 10 domains that I would estimate to be PR3's or 4's. Every single one has been indexed in just a couple of days. I use Scrapebox to do this.
