      Complete mixup of everything.

      When one starts talking about VPN and such nonsense, then nonsense is

    or just gt a cheap DBA name and reapply...considering you'll still have to verify identity and a bank account to get paid anyway.

    IMO you shouldn't use a VPN - you never know if its already been blacklisted for generating fake clicks.

    You can use the same IP I guess. I have one account and my wife has one too. We both use the same IP and there hasn't been a problem so far.

    You can raise the issue on the adsense support forum though...of course you'll have to rephrase the question, but that I think would be a better place to get answers from.

    I don't think you need to. I just created another account. Registered it on another domain. Then ran the ads on the banned domain and Google hasn't said one thing in 5 years. This was also 5 years ago so things might have changed.
