i just buy a local business ..............Now i am thinking to make citation .Before starting to listing my business in various listing site ,i checked my website and business name and i saw that my business site is already listed with previous business address with previous phone number ..............

I already changed business address as well business phone number ..Actually i am thinking to re-brand that company under my own company .Now what i do ?

How i would complete my citation .Now if i start citation then i might be harmed for duplicate listing ............

So i expect good suggestion with local Business SEO experts .

I suggest you first submit fresh PR that it will gain ranking in google search and easy searchable.(you can add content that you have new website). You also need to research and find the local keywords that not only help in ranking but traffic generation also. Focus on local business listing and profile sites that help to create a face of your business in local market. let me know if it works for you.
