Yes there are many Good tools through which you can get backlinks. Tools like Senuke, Backlink Beast etc but all tools are premium.

You can get some sort of backlinks with these tools, but not quality ones.

While I am a huge fan of GSA Search Engine Ranker, most tools aren't going to provide you with super-high-quality backlinks.

Yes there are many tools but you have to buy it. However those tools will not help you to build quality backlinks. Natural backlink building is the best techniques.

In my opinion, there is no tool that will actually build you quality links by itself.

There are tools that can help to reduce the amount of time it takes for things like outreach but you still have to pull your finger out and actually do some work to get quality links.

What exactly do "paid" or premium backlinks do? You pay for what exactly?

Look tools can never create quality back links do it your self and that is manually .... if you think tools are going to do this i would again said No they can never do that for you ....

I would recommend you GSA SER for your 2,3,4th tiers.

Note that these tools just out of the box are a mass disaster weapon, especially if you point them to your money site. You'll need to learn a lot about the software to make it useful for you.

Do it manually i guess. But helpful are some of the tools which can help you to understand queries to find out perfect link opportunities.
Some of the tools I am using from Years is tools.buzzstream.com and go to > link building query generator and put your keywords there. This will help you to find opportunities and understand how you can find them in future.

I would recommend Zennoposter tool for every link first tier. Zebroid to build own site network, and GSA for other tier.

If you are thinking of investing on a paid software to do quality backlinks, don't. No automated software can bring in quality links only quantity. I would rather suggest you hire a good SEO expert who is into white hat SEO and can provide you with high quality, high PR sites to build your links to.

I'm actually surprised at how many people are stressing that tools are horrible and everything should be done manually.

I suppose if you want to take the path of "least risk" then sure, do everything manually. (Although Google does not discriminate when it comes to tanking a site for no obvious reason.)

If you know what you're doing, which is key, tools can absolutely help you rank. I've got plenty of GSA SER campaigns that prove this. You just have to be willing to take a greater risk.

Personally, I'd rather spend time setting up sites and doing some automation as opposed to spending nearly all of my time working carefully on a single site. IMO it's a numbers game. Why have 1 site that Google can slap at any time when you can have 10 or more? One goes down? It sucks, but you've got 9 more.

Don't create backlinks via any tool, it could banned your site in google database or your site could be penalized by Penguin. So I would like to suggest you that create manual backlinks for your site.

I used to use UAW to backlink to HAND BUILT web2.0s That was last year.

I now use GSA with these web2.0s VERY RARELY, just to get a new site off the ground a bit. Then I go after links from relevant blogs. I just make a 200 "power list" of top bloggers in my niche and ask them for a link. But you HAVE to provide good content (I'm almost cringing as I type that) and REALLY make your site WORTH a link.

Man I sound like a bloody noob. I HATE people re-hashing the whole "good content" crap!

I refer you to don't use any tool buy high PR backlinks this is more effective and as above says do some manuall SEO like web 2.0,blog commenting, article submission etc etc.

Make the backlinks are natural, because it makes natural backlinks to your website is preferred. You can build it by commenting on websites with the same niche and high PR.
