Question:

Let's say i want to promote a whole bunch of different offers and ads in one niche, say "debt" - on Content network.

How would i go about setting those ads without them "competing"?

The placement sites would always be the same (because its the same niche)...

Can i have multiple adgroups with multiple offers, but targeting the same sites? Who/what decides which ad pops up...eg. if i have multiple ads/offers, all the same niche, same bids...and i have "nytimes.com" as placement in each...so what ad is appearing? Is this even possible?
