Fraudulent Facebook Advertising

I've read a few articles about this problem, but I think this video has nailed why buying Facebook ads to increase likes for your FB page is actually worse than doing nothing at all.
Basically when you advertise you get a ton of fake likes from click-farms who are clicking on your ads to disguise their illegitimate activity which is selling likes.
These user's don't engage with your content and the result of that is your Facebook reach goes down even as your likes go up.
I don't invest in Facebook ads for likes anymore because of this problem, and if a client asks for it I try to talk them out of it.
If Facebook doesn't fix this I can see lots of other people buying less advertising from them as well.
