    Just use whois on the IP address. You don't always get the right answer, but the company is somehow responsible for the server.

    You can use a tool like Who is hosting this to find a hosting provider by using an IP or domain name.

    As suggested do a IP WHois

    Also you can run a traceroute to the domain using something like Pingpotter and check the domains you see.
