  I use Rankerizer. It's free and very easy to use. Basically, create your project. Then enter in any keyword or keyword phrase and it will list all pages that rank for the keywords, as long as telling you what position You hold On neither Google, Yahoo or Bing. I think it covers all countries in the world as well. It will tell you what page rank the particular page has. I think it's a really great program, like I said, it's free and really easy to use. You can enter in as many keywords as you like, no restrictions.

I recently bought Rank Reporter. It's not (that) famous but it is really good.
It's $70 or $80 (sorry don't remember the exact price) and yes, it checks youtube rank as well. Trial version is available that checks 3 websites max.

  I use Traffic Travis, it is pretty good. With the free version you can track up to 5 different sites for 20 keywords, paid version is $100 I think from memory. It has a lot of good stuff like reports, backlink analysis etc.
  
  Also remember to use proxies or a VPN while doing it so you don't get blocked by google and also you must use one if you are not in the USA but want to know your rank in USA.
  
  Also a tip for newbies to SEO, if you are not using software to check you rank but just doing a manual google search then you MUST clear your cookies and cache to see your real result. The browser remembers what you search for and what you click so if you search for your site often and click on it then it will show that result higher each time on your browser and you will think your site is climbing when in actual fact it isn't.

  I agree with Slazengeer, I also use this service and it is good. It is close to my in house solution we built some time ago.

I use Rank Checker, it is online free rank checker tool for Google, Yahoo and Bing. and you can check up to 100 keywords per url. The other one is Rank Tracker.

We use PRO RANK TRACKER. But in the beginning we use Google Analytics. Both help us in tracking website ranks.
For us,both the two is accurate and give us full report. The only thing is, at end, you still need to work hard to keep a good rank, more than just those results say.
