Choose Products with High Gravity?

Hi,

I first learned to stick with products with gravity less than 30 to avoid keen competition from experienced advertisers. After reading about Webspy a while, I'm not so sure what gravity value I should choose any more. Assuming coming up with a set of keywords as good as anybody else's, should I join the stronger field with much more profit ponential when everything else is equal?

I have a product that has a gravity around 3.0 that i make a couple of sales a day on without touching it... I think a compelling sales page and profitable niche is more important than the gravity.

I tend to look for products around the 8-15 gravity. But as Kevin says, if can create a compelling sales page, you should be able to sell anything!
