  • I've been lucky, and I don't have those clients. Urgent tasks that end up on my table way too late may get something added to them.

  • I just fire clients like that, no sense in even dealing with them. They'll be more hassle than they are worth and will cause trouble even if you go above and beyond for them. My favorites firing a client to have them BEG to use my services again. Ya right buddy.
