In need of a 30 Second SEO lesson please Warriors!

I bought the domain name www.urlCRUNCHERS.com and added a url shortening script...

Aparently with the right volume of traffic this little gem can sell for $100...

(Actually, if anyone is good at appraisal, could you verify this, and if possible tell me what it is worth at the moment... Thanks!)

I bought hosting at hostgator with a coupon so that the first month is just 1 cent (YAY)

I would like to flip this site in a month (to save $5), and then have the knowledge that I can rinse and repeat.

So I would like to have a large number of people using the site each day (preferably in triple figures, according to a friend), and if at all possible some PR.

So, kind warriors, what can I do?

I guess am asking for 30 second crash course in SEO! If you can find it in your hearts to send me a PM or post a quick response of something that I can do to get some (free!) traffic to my site that will increase its 'flip value' in 30 days, it would be much appreciated!!

Aparently I could flip it now for $40 (Really?!?!), but I wanna make $100 at least on my first flip...
