I don't mean to sound corny or any of that, but I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the knowledgeable people on here.

Thank you for all the time and effort you guys put into this forum answering all of our questions and pointing us in the direction.

Thank you for keeping up with this forum and putting up with people such as myself asking questions and trying to learn all of this, while you guys put in sweat, blood and tears learning this on your own.

Thank you for exposing us to this amazing knowledge that has the ability to change our financial situations.

Just thank you for everything (even you Mike A.)
