Content is the king,but if we playing adsense selecting some template especially for blogger is the second factor if we wanna hav a great Clicks.I have a blog with great number of clicks,i think it's because placing th ads with the best spot.

    I would just like to point out that Adsense CTR has more to do with the topic of the page and the relatedness of the ads than where you put your ads.

    Obviously optimisation is important but much more important is the niche you choose in the first place.

    CTR, CPC both these plays the largest role as a publisher on adsense.
    You might need to check out "Heatmap AdSense" it might gives you the ideas where should an ads be placed.
