Probably you're building links on pages that aren't getting indexed. Have you checked your links in Google Webmaster Tools? That should be the most accurate list of links.

Ping your back links when you create?

Backlink tools are never going to pick up all the links that are out there. They only find a fraction of them. Something not showing up in Ahrefs has nothing to do with what Google sees.

This is completely normal.

First: Your links are probably not yet indexed, that's why they are not found.

Second: Like many said it before, the tools don't actually find all of the links out there. So you will never see every link you build.

I do agree with others. Each time you build a backlink make sure you ping it in order to index it. Always check your backlink from the Webmaster tool.

Firstly you can check that your link is indexed or not.You can go the the webmaster and checked it.

The fact is that none of the existing backlink tools will show you all of your links right after you got them.

The point is that there are 2 types of backlink checkers:

• the one that takes backlink data from search engines' indexes,
• and the other that takes this data from its own indexes.

The former type of backlink checkers will show you a link only when it gets indexed by search engines. However, search engines aren't generous about sharing backlink info. So, even if all your links get indexed, the chances that with this type of backlink tool you will see them all are rather slim.

The latter type of backlink tools will show you all the links that accumulate in their backlink indexes. This is a more advanced method of backlink analysis: services have their own crawlers that scans the whole Web and add all found links to their databases. Usually, databases get updated once in 2-5 months.

So in any case, you will have to wait until your links appear in the report generated by your tool.

It's just that your backlinks are not yet indexed.

Even if you make use of the best link-tracking tools, you may not find all of the incoming links pointing to your website very quickly, sometimes only after a while will you be able to see the updated list of the established links. I just had one question for the poster and that is why do you believe numbers of links will be helpful to your ranking challenge in the first place? Quality of the links gained seems to be the real important thing these days, and not just adding to the number of them.
