KEYWORD HELP! Please I'm struggling!

Hey guys and gals I'm a complete noob to this stuff, I have been spending a lot of time recently building a website based around a certain product but I'm seriously struggling with my keyword strategy,I am using wordpress to build my site so I understand the basics but there's one major thing that is hurting my brain, basically just say I have a site about dresses, and I have 6 different categories for those dresses : floral, night dress, summer, and so on, I am using a gallery as my product thumbnail on a post, but when I add a product to a certain category using a post YOAST says that I have to use a focus keyword in the title of the post, but if I have 20 prouducts in the floral dresses category and the focus keyword is floral dresses I'm not sure whether I would get deranked for using this same focus keyword on each post for the different categories, can someone shed some light on this please!

    Make sure to have sub keywords (other keywords). Sometimes its best not to use the same keywords so often in every post. Using the keyword in one post can be more effective and less of a risk of getting de ranked. Unless the post is actually about the keyword you are promoting, its best to only use it when appropriate.
