I have a hxxp://www.blogillu.com . I am doing SEO on it. My doubt here is I have added over 1000 blogs. Each blog post titles with blog name will be desplayed as one line. I am linking the blogs through rel="follow" . Is it Ok.or I need to link as Nofollow ?
Kindly advice me,

I think "NoFollow" is good option.

I think, you should make "Dofollow" to only reputated and good PR websites and rest to "Nofollw". This strategy will not harm your website ranking.

Using do follow shouldn't really be a problem as long as the site you're linking to is trustworthy. Specially if it is an authority site. But if you think the site you're linking to is a crappy site, then better use no follow as it could damage your website.

There is no such thing as rel="follow".

For a blog aggregator, it would make sense to use DO FOLLOW links. However, you need to have some kind of quality control so that you don't end up linking to some really bad sites...which could hurt your own rankings. So ultimately....link only to quality sites and use DO FOLLOW links.

Did I miss a major Google update or a $7 Dimsale WSO?

What exactly is a "Bad Site"? And how would linking "TO" one, cause any harm to me?

Are Porn, Gambling and Pharma sites bad?

Because when I do a Google search for any porn, gambling or pharma keywords. I see a bunch of Porn, Gambling, and Pharma sites at the top of page 1 results.

They must have links from some really good sites then, because those industries are tough to rank in. But if they have some really good links, from some really good sites. How does that work?

If they're linking to these "Bad" sites, they must be "Bad" sites too. They must be punished or hurt from Google right? Because they link to these "Bad" sites. But strangely enough, they don't. And they rank just fine, and so do the sites they are linking too.

So what's a "Bad" site then?

Didfollow is past tense of dofollow.

    Google recently changed it to

    rel="aintgonnafollow"

Make sure you update your sites accordingly.

If I follow you, will you follow me?

I have no idea what that site is trying to accomplish, or why SEO would matter one bit. Is there a reason somebody would want to find that kind of link list from Google?

Thanks for the SEO Comedy Club for another great thread!

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

Add No Follow. If you are linking with 1000 blogs, than it may count as spam or hurt your PR also.
