Are using exact keywords in URL, Title & 1st para of the article still advisable, as per the latest SEO techniques? Does Google take it as spamming or keywords stuffing?

Wikipedia does it on thousands of pages.

It's not spam mentioning the keyword in the page title, URL & once as plain text on the page.

    • keyword stuffing is this " check real estate listing on real estate site xxxxxxxx that is a real estate business no1 on real estate world.

keyword stuffing is not accurately describing what a post is about
  • Agree with both yukon and evcro,
If you are using your main title or introductory para, it will not be considered as spam.
  • No, Google would not take it as spamming..You can use it in URL and title..
  • It is even recommended to use your main keyword in URL, title, H1 and 1 paragraph. Just don't stuff your content with the same keywords, use latent semantic indexing keywords instead and you'll be fine.
