If yes, how do i fix this or where else can I go to fix it?

Also, please critique the site.

Thanks in advance.

    candleprize.com/ does not appear to be a WordPress site. So how did you build the site is it a template.
    Does it have a admin panel.
    If it has an admin panel there is probably a place there you can change your meta tags if not then I can't explain it in this post how to do it.

    I can help you do it though and show you how. That is the best I can tell you.

    And yes your meta tags suck but I don't even usually use those no more cause I don't see a big difference with making them good. Here is your meta tag though for your home page.

    <title>CandlePrize.com</title>

    <meta name='description' content='Shop with confidence online for candles that are both seasonal and year-round. Choose from a great selection that constantly grows depending on our customers' demands.' />

    <meta name='keywords' content='candles, seasonal, year-round' />

    Your meta tags will never rank a page.

    The page <title> is important, keep it short/simple & create a 2nd alternative SERP title with a single <h1> tag on each page.

    I see your running shopify, you probably have very few things you can tweak for on-page SEO. If I remember correctly shopify locks some basic on-page things down.
