Help finding a plugin

Looking for a plugin to do two things. Rewrite individual category titles, and rewrite individual category headlines. That's it. I found the plugin wp custom category pages, but it wants to do a bunch of other stuff, and its messing with plugins I've already installed.

  • I don't think you need a plugin for that. You can just go to your categories, click on the one you want to edit and voila. If you need more settings try installing the Yoast's plugin.
  • I agree, try with SEO by Yoast or All in one SEO pack.

    I'm guessing you don't know the default WP setup allows you to edit page titles.
  • Yoast will help customize and optimize URLs, meta descriptions, page titles and many more. It is the must-have of all the SEO plugins. But to edit categories, if I understand what you need, once you are on your WP dashboard, just click on the category tab, then on the category you want to edit and you'll see something call slung, this is meant to rename your category URL. Hope that helped.
