how to transfer youtube Video Account to another Account?

I need your help Please.

Situation: I have 4 Websites i added in my Google Webmastertool account but im not longer using that account so im gonna delete the old account and create a new one.

My questions:

1. How do I transfer all my websites from my old Gmail webmaster tool account to my new webmaster account?. I added my new Gmail Account as an Owner but its only delegated, I also want to transfer the Verified Account to my new Gmail Account i added because im gonna cancel my subscription to my old Gmail Account. here's the screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/4815ATLx
how can i transfer the verification to my domain without deleting it and added it again?

2. how can I transfer my Youtube Videos to another Gmail Account without deleting the Youtube Videos?

3. how does affect free Gmail account and paid Gmail account in search engine rankings? because i noticed that i ranked fast in paid Gmail Account. is it correct?
