Several Adsense Sites, ZERO Backlinks, $20/month Earnings Each!

Hi everybody,

I have been doing lots of research on Adsense and niche websites and rankings, etc. I have been running lots of reports on the many websites I have with Adsense on them. I found a bunch of sites that make around $20/month and I wanted to see what it took to get them to that level. I just wanted to see if I could replicate the results reliably.

To do this, I looked into their backlinks and PR and rankings. Guess what I found! Hold onto your hats, here it comes! Drum roll....

1) ALL PR0
2) ALL Zero backlinks I could find
3) ALL on page 1, first 5 results for main keyword!

What other common features did they have? Well, the on page SEO was optimized and the websites hand coded by me for their keywords. Main keywords got min. $0.25/click. Competition strength weak AND "keyword" results under 5K.

I think you can see here that if you have a little patience and can find very low hanging fruit that pays more than $0.01/click, then you can pretty easily make a few hundred dollars with Adsense.

BTW, I think I should mention that monetizing the traffic with different offers + list building would probably BLOW Adsense AWAY, but I was lazy and these sites just aged naturally over the past 18 months without any effort on my part AT ALL.

Just think if I put Angela E's backlink packet to use (sorry Angela, it's still on my hd ) what might happen!

    Great post!

How many pages per website, on average? ie how many keywords were targeted under 5k each to make $20 per month?

I'm trying to figure an average number of keywords/articles multiplied by how many sites at $20 to get me to a decent revenue goal.

Can you give us some approximation?

    Thanks.

So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.

8-15 pages. Oddly, the number of pages did not affect earnings. All things being equal, though, the larger site should have a better chance of making better money. I believe that the reason for the lack of difference in income has to do with the sites ranking only for the main keyword.

Just shows what you can do.

People should get those Adsense templates out again and start putting sites up with them and let them age!

  • How many visitors should these keywords get, according to Google.
I am about to do a little experiment myself. Occasionaly you find a keyword that had a number of searches last month in broad match. In phrase- and exact match there are not sufficient data. Some of these keywords have very little competition in Phrase match. There broad variants probably too. My plan: Finding a number of those keywords and trying to get a lot of easy traffic.
I got the idea from a mini site I made. For some reason it is very difficult for the targeted keywords to get to the first page. I am somewhere in the fifties. Nevertheless I get a fair amount of visitors every day. According to my log files these visitors come from very strongly related keywords. I am on the first page for a lot these keywords. Keywords without sufficient data from last month or even on average.
