Market Samurai Alternative

Hello Warriors,

Does anyone have a recommendation for an alternative to Market Samarai? I have been using Market Samarai for over 2 years now but recently it seems that it freezes on a daily basis and fails to load keywords. Support will do an update the following day to fix the issue but as soon as they do another issue pops up. I have heard Long Tail Pro is good but never tried it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I think Market Samurai is the best.
    There isn't an equal alternative to it however there are many others available but they are not as good as Market samurai.

      I agree.

      No one solution is perfect, but I find that Market Samurai is pretty close.

      Sure, people can nitpick on this feature or that feature.

      And there are other products out there that are EASIER to use, but that's usually because the creators streamlined certain data collections and then made decisions on their own to make the data more manageable.

      So in saying that, sure, Market Samurai has a bit of a learning curve, and yes, you won't be running on all cylinders when you first start out with it.

      But in the long run, this is the program to get.

      I'm going to disagree. MS is a gigantic POS. It is slow as hell, and most of its data it just pulls right from Google anyhow. Plus most of the data it presents is completely useless. SEOC, # of EDU links, etc. Snakeoil. Nothing more.

      If it was free, it would be a ripoff.

      All you need really is the Google Keyword Planner and your backlink checker of choice.

      People make keyword research way too hard.

    I bought LTP with the platinum and the SEOMOZ and to be honest I think I am going to buy Market Samurai. It felt a more concrete application than LTP.

    Long tail pro is pretty awesome... I occasionally use Micro Niche Finder..But they software is kind of outdated... :/
