Hi,

i've bought a domain A on godaddy that has an X value of trust flow from majestic seo. Then i 301 it to a domain B.

For a few days the Trust flow of domain B was the same of the domain A,
but now it's 0.

Is this normal?

Take those numbers with a pinch of salt. Juice has been passed so, we all know its not 100% but is a good %.

Redirecting a site seems to confuse Majestic SEO. Even if you clearly redirect an entire site the results can be weird for months. I know a site that still shows crawl results from December and even January, even though the domain was redirected in late December.

Also, check for with and without www. Also, do recheck in case Majestic was just having hiccups again.

Yeah, i guess is majestic hiccup. If i insert the url with "http://" is shown a different result that without "http://".

I do agree with you but after couple of weeks it would be normal and you'll get trust flow back.

Or not. Couple of weeks might be enough for Google to notice changes most of the time, but Majestic's update cycle is longer and their spidering less robust.

Why would you buy an expired domain just to 301 redirect it? You will get more value to register it privately and build out a mini site and link to your main site that way.

Actually i don't really know if i'm doing the right thing.
My plan was to built a few web2.0's and 301 these domains to the web2.0's.

What i read was that these web2.0's rapidly gain PR because they are part of a bigger network. The 301 stuff was to improve them more quickly.

Is this a bad thing to do?

Make sure you update your sitemap. Make sure you change of address in GWT and BWT as well.

Ok, but is there any problem on building these web2.0's and feed them with those previously expired domains?

Or should i be doing microsites instead?

I'd build a site. That way you can have backlinks to more than one site and page, and can potentially increase the effectiveness of that site.
