I am creating backlinks using BuzzBundle is it best to direct link to my page or should I use a URL shortner? And if I should use a URL shortner how often should I rotate the shortened URL with a different shortened URL?

I mostly avoid Shorten URL and tools to do my SEO Work, though manual work need times, but it is better and safer than the Tool doing it. So, in my suggestion it is better to avoid shorten URL and tools to do your work. Yes we use tools to generate reports only.
