well that depends on what you want the backlinks for.

if you want backlinks to help build google rank...forget it

if you want to build backlinks to get clicks and make sales and generate new business, then thats the KEY

but backlinks these days on google are more likely to hurt your google rank than help it, but its all about getting quailified traffic that is ready to buy.

nothing like fishing in the dark.

This would be really hard... If you are not VERY GOOD familiar with SEO, then you can always contact any SEO service provider in Elance or oDesk to help you. For such a niche, it's hard to get some good backlinks!!!

its my own website, its a review site, its all up, i just need to make solid back links to rack for low comp key words I researched.

What about .edu or .gov blogs for senior/health/disabilities services? Any of these sites would have powerful backlinking potential, assuming you could find articles related to health/walking/canes/accessibility, etc.

you could search for old expired sites talking about the same thing (must be at least one). buy the domain and build a new site with new fresh content, wait for google to index it and make it part of your Private Blog Network, the expired domains holds authority and link juice your site will benefit from that

To create the backlinks to your website, i would highly recommend you to hire SEO services which would help you a lot to increase traffic towards your site and through SEO services such as Social Bookmarknig, Search engine Submission, Directory Submission etc. your pages will get higher ranking in the search results.

All you need to do is use some high quality links. Web 2.0, PDF, edu links, etc. Only create about 5 -10 links per day. 2nd month you can increase this to 10-15 links per day.

The key is wide diversity for link types and vary your anchor text. Don't even use your target kw's for first 6 weeks or so. The secret is use high pr links a bit down the road targeting your main kw's.

This works like a charm every time.

DiggitySEO is right. Health related would be good for this. Just make sure you are not spending too much versus your profit for your links. Try to get a one off payment for the links if possible.

The thing you need to do is create content answering the question people may have about your service/product, after that you post the content on the forums or sites where people are asking those questions.

If there are no questions you have no market.

This is the simplest, easiest way to start creating backlinks to your site in order to rank higher.
