Change your location in Google Webmasters central.

Move your site to a host based in India.

Get links from .in domains / sites from India.

Sign up for hosting in India and ask your web designer to move your site, or hire someone or do it yourself using free guides on the internet, although that last option is perhaps a bit risky if you've never done it before.

Better wait or ignore the idea completely, it's not a must.

Changing the location in webmasters should be sufficient.

I moved sites a few times and I don't like it at all, there's always something that go's wrong lol.

    Try getting local citations.
Also be very careful while changing the host location of your website. Try not to tank the rankings you already have on google.com
